Bring a clean set of athletic wear to change into (outside clothes aren’t allowed in the studio to keep the training environment hygienic and prevent infections). And of course, an open mind.
Ask questions during the class QnA session. Coaches offer personalized feedback and technique adjustments to help you progress effectively.
We provide a shower area for students to freshen up after class, as well as a water cooler to stay hydrated.
